Gary Collis
Commercial Services Director
Gary has been working in the Construction Industry for 30+ years and has vast legal and commercial experience ranging from day to day commercial management through to legal claims and debt collection.
His experience gained has been the Rail, Civil and Construction Industries.
He has expert experience managing all commercial management and claims management services using NEC 3 & 4 all options , FIDIC Yellow and Red Book and all JCT forms of Contract.
Karen Kelly Mallia
Business Development Director
Karen has been working in the Construction Industry for 20+ years where she has run and managed hard and soft facilities management companies.
Karen has also successfully managed her own business where her business has worked for reputable House Builders and Construction companies providing self employed labour.
She has vast experience in managing clients requirements and expectations to ensure the client receives quality throughout the Consultancy Process provided by DJJ Consultancy Ltd.
Consultants
DJJ Consultancy Ltd employ Claims Consultants & Forensic Planners on Construction, Tenancy and Money Claims ranging from fixed lump sum, day to day and adhoc retainer fees.
All Consultants general work area is a maximum of 60 minutes from their home location so that it provides a good work life balance and provides the client focused consultant.
